Founded in October 2025, Social Stride FXBG is a growing women-only running crew in Fredericksburg, Virginia, designed to unite women in their 20s and 30s through running and meaningful social connections. Within its first month, the crew attracted over 250 members, reflecting a strong desire for a supportive community during the transitional years of young adulthood. Social Stride FXBG encourages runners of all levels to find their own pace while fostering friendships through regular runs along Fredericksburg’s scenic routes, including historic downtown and the Rappahannock River. The crew’s flexible monthly schedule accommodates diverse paces and distances, and themed events add fun throughout the year. Emphasizing inclusivity and affordability, membership is free and open, creating a welcoming space where women can share encouragement and motivation. Rooted in Fredericksburg’s rich history and vibrant outdoor culture, Social Stride FXBG offers a sisterhood moving forward together.
