XTERRA Off-Road Triathlon lands in Suzhou for the first time, bringing the signature blend of challenge, nature, and connection to the forested trails and freshwater shores of Lake Taihu. From international pro athletes chasing the final points of the XTERRA World Cup to local first-timers taking on their first fully off-road challenge, this is a festival weekend where the spirit of XTERRA meets the energy of one of China’s most dynamic outdoor hubs.
Under the canopy of the lush bamboo forest in the mountains on Xishan Island, the 2026 XTERRA Taihu Cross-Country Challenge is about to arrive. We sincerely invite you to participate, to run through the woods, where all sounds fade into silence, and to encounter your true self in the wilderness. XTERRA designs various distances of courses on Xishan Island, from challenging long-distance routes, including 35KM and 55KM, as well as beginner-friendly 20KM and 12KM, 5/8KM Family Run and 5/8KM Youth Run.
