They started as a modern alternative to traditional running groups, with a simple idea: run, have fun, share a beer, and enjoy time together. The crew welcomes all levels, with four runs each week. Tuesdays and Thursdays are for social runs open to everyone, while Mondays and Wednesdays are faster sessions for experienced runners.
