About the Event

Kicking PancreAS 2026 is a fun, inclusive 5K for all levels and abilities—whether you choose to walk or run, set a personal goal and take it at your own pace.

Returning to Montreal, we’re building on an incredible 2025, where we saw 138 participants and over $34,000.00 in donations. This year, we’re aiming even higher! Our goals are:

1. 170 participants

2. $44,000.00 in fundraising!

We are counting on participants to invite friends, family, and colleagues to join the movement. Together, we can make 2026 our most impactful year yet, in Montreal.

Every step—and every dollar raised—supports pancreatic cancer awareness, patient support, healthcare education, and Canadian research, helping change outcomes for those impacted by this disease.

Édition 2026

La Course-marche Centraide est de retour avec un nouveau parcours et aura lieu jeudi 1^er octobre au parc Jean-Drapeau.

Le départ se fera au circuit Gilles-Villeneuve encore cette année et il sera possible d'admirer les sculptures horticoles spectaculaires, réalisées par Mosaïcultures internationales de Montréal. Un clin d’œil spécial au 50e anniversaire des Jeux olympiques de Montréal est également prévu !

Le défi À ton rythme se déroulera par la suite à distance, du 5 au 18 octobre.

Faites comme les près de 2 000 personnes inscrites l'an dernier et bouger pour contribuer ensemble à une grande cause, dans le plaisir !

3 manières de participer

1. Course-marche Centraide

• Jeudi 1er octobre (en fin de journée)

• Course de 5 km ou marche de 3,5 km

• Ambiance festive avec vos collègues, tout en profitant de la frénésie du circuit Gilles-Villeneuve et des mosaïcultures, rien de moins !

2. Défi À ton rythme (à distance)

• Du 5 au 18 octobre

• 5 heures d’activité physique sur 2 semaines

• Participation individuelle ou en équipe

• Marche, course, natation, vélo, soccer, pickleball, etc. À vous de voir !

3. Défi combiné: relevez les deux défis!

• Course-marche et défi À ton rythme

• Vous avez droit au prix combiné, lorsque vous vous inscrivez aux 2 défis lors de l'inscription initiale.

Un objectif de participation global de 2 000 personnes et un total de 100 000 $ est visé pour la Course-marche et le défi À ton rythme.

La totalité (100 %) des montants récoltés sera remise à Centraide du Grand Montréal.

N’oubliez pas, en participant, vous avez aussi la possibilité de vous faire encourager par vos proches afin d’amasser des dons supplémentaires.

Ces défis s’adressent au personnel, aux personnes élues et aux retraité(e)s de la Ville de Montréal, ainsi qu’au personnel paramunicipal.

It is in Montreal, in the province of Quebec, in Canada, that takes place every year, in the month of October, one of the country's most beautiful and famous marathons ⭐️: the Beneva Montreal Marathon 🇨🇦. But that's not all: in addition to this legendary 42 km, a half-marathon is also organized, as well as a 10 km, a 5 km, a children's race 1 km and "The Mile" (a race of 1.6 km). And you know what? You can even do a "combo" and run two races 😯. That's the cherry on top, isn't it? 🍒

The Salvation Army’s Santa Shuffle is a national fundraising event supporting the local work of The Salvation Army in communities across Canada.

By registering for the Montreal Santa Shuffle, you are joining a community of participants and fundraisers helping provide food, shelter, and hope to individuals and families facing hardship.

As a Santa Shuffler, your registration includes:

Please note: Donors will receive a donation confirmation when supporting the charity online, and The Salvation Army will be issuing official tax receipts for donations over $20.

We’ve made registering for The Salvation Army’s Santa Shuffle easier than ever this year.

For 2026, there is one simple registration option for everyone:

"Individual – 5K Fun Run / 1K Elf Walk"

Whether you plan to run or walk, all participants register through a single, streamlined process — making it quicker and easier to sign up and get started.

To ensure the event remains accessible to everyone, discounts are automatically applied at checkout:

• Youth (18 and under) and Seniors (65+) receive $10 off registration

• Group registrations receive:

• 10% off per registration for groups of 4–9 participants

• 15% off per registration for groups of 10 or more participants

No codes are required, and all eligible discounts are applied automatically when you register.
