New Balance Rebel Trail Demo Night
Come test-run the New Balance Rebel Trail, built for speed on uneven terrain. It pairs a lightweight, responsive ride with an aggressive outsole to grip on loose dirt, roots, and rock a shoe made for race day and everyday trail miles alike.
Join us for an evening of demo runs, refreshments, prizes, and good vibes with our local running community. Space is limited to 100 runners!
The Stonewall Quarry Run is a 2K Trail, 5K & 10K Road Race that serves as a fundraiser for IKD Manitoba Karate. The race start and finish are right next to the Quarry Park Heritage Arts Centre. Our 5K & 10K courses are registered by Athletics Canada.

The Joy in Action main events in Steinbach (July 25th), Brandon (August 8th), and Selkirk (August 22nd) bring people together in their own communities to move with purpose. With both competitive and family-friendly options available, these events make it simple for anyone to take part and be part of something meaningful.

Cycle Selkirk Park to Netley Creek
This non competitive 30 km cycle is about getting outside, riding together, and supporting The Joy Smith Foundation’s work to prevent human trafficking. This year we've introduced a beautiful new 30 km mixed terrain cycling route from Selkirk Park to Netley Creek and back. The ride features quiet country roads, scenic wetlands, abundant wildlife, open prairie views, and picturesque cycling scenery in Manitoba's Interlake. 58TH ANNUAL 10 MILE ROAD RACE
Your long distance Manitoba summer race.
This is one of Manitoba's premier road running events that is accredited by the Manitoba Runners Association (MRA) and it the second oldest running race in Western Canada.
Our ten mile road race is an excellent summer tune-up for runners competing in longer distances or for runners looking for a challenge. This race is the longest race on the MRA’s calendar for July and August.
The route essentially has been unchanged for the past 50 years; fast, flat, and usually hot. Run and become a warrior!

We warmly welcome runners of all ages and skills to Grand Beach, Manitoba. Located in one of Manitoba's beautiful provincial parks, the Grand Beach Sun Run offers a race for the whole family!
Medals: 1st, 2nd & 3rd place medals will be awarded for each gender category across all age groups.

Join Madox’s Warriors on Saturday, September 5, 2026 for the 12th Annual Superhero Run to Fight DIPG and other childhood brain cancers.
This event brings our community together to raise awareness and support critical research for Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG), one of the most aggressive childhood brain cancers. Every registration helps fund research aimed at finding better treatments and, one day, a cure.
Dress as your favorite superhero and run or walk in honor of the brave children fighting these battles. Together, we can bring hope to families and help move research forward.
