The Dirty Feet Winter Fun Run/Walk, will be a fun running and walking event for all ages. This event will be held at Kenna Cartwright Park in Kamloops, B.C. and will consist of 2 distances – Approximately 5km and 10km in distance. Lots of prizes from our sponsors, a fully stocked snack table and hot drinks. Come out and enjoy the day with us!
The Spring Run Off 10km and 5km road run in Kamloops is organized by the Kamloops Ridge Runners Society. This event starts at Overlander Park near the Henry Grube building on the North Shore and follows the Rivers Pathway out and back. This is a flat course with beautiful views of the River Valley. Enjoy post-race food and coffee after your run!

Now, one of Kamloops’ signature events, the “sea of red” is a visual representation of the passion, commitment and love that began this grass roots event and that continues to ground it to this day. Join us for this amazing event that is a total party on the run with bands, inspirational chalking, and all the cheering and encouragement you could ever want all along the route.
