IST Training is a private enterprise coaching business. It specialises in coaching athletes with learning difficulties and prepares them to participate in mainstream sporting competitions. IST focuses on "Fun, fitness and sports training" with like-minded peers and expert coaching.

Yarra Tri Club is a friendly and welcoming club that is always looking for new members to join. Our aim is to provide a social environment to our members that allows all to feel safe and comfortable at training and social events.
