***80's Flashback 5K registration and race bib/packet pick-up begins on Saturday August 1, 2026 at 8am. Race time starts at 9am (1-Hour Cut-Off Time) Awards ceremony will begin after the last racer crosses the finish-line ***
Let's go back in time for a great cause! Join us as we raise funds for the Greenville Shriners Hospital during the annual 80's Flashback Weekend in Franklin, NC
100% of the proceeds from the event will be donated to The Shriners Hospital of Greenville, SC Awards ceremony will be held immediately following the race.
Take a trip back to the 80's for nothin' but a good time for a GREAT cause!

80’s Flashback Weekend: 11th Year Celebration
Proceeds from the various events of 80’s Flashback Weekend will be donated to Shriners Children’s Greenville
There will be raffle prizes, silent auction items, games/trivia (related to the AWESOME 80’s) & so much more!

· Fri. July 31: An Evening with Huey Lewis & The Newsi (featuring Back In Time: Huey Lewis & the News Tribute Band) (41 Iotla Street Franklin, N.C.) 7:30pm-9:30pm (6:15pm-7:15pm Opening Act-TBA)
· Sat. August 1: 80’s Flashback 5K (877 Ulco Dr. Franklin, N.C.) 8am Registration/Race Packet Pick-Up 9am 5K Starts (Registration Online Begins Feb 2, 2026 through www.runsignup.com Use the code: MTV to save $10 off the entry fee “Discount Expires 7.01.26”)
· Sat. August 1: 80’s Flashback Parade (95 E. Main Street Franklin, N.C.) Parade Set-Up Begins At 4:45pm (Along Church Street) Parade Begins At 5:30pm (There’s no entry fee to join the fun. Awards to the TOP 3 best 80’s themed entries)
· Sat. August 1: Drake Software presents: Totally Awesome 80z Party (featuring 80z Nation) (41 Iotla Street Franklin, N.C.) 8pm-11pm 80z Nation
