Eastside Traffic, founded in August 2022 in Whittier, California, was born from Eddie’s experience navigating heavy city traffic to access running groups in Los Angeles. Centered at Liberty Community Plaza, this close-knit group of diverse runners fosters an inclusive, supportive community that values mental and physical health. Their name reflects their Eastside roots and their desire to avoid urban congestion, symbolized by their greyhound logo. Open to everyone at no cost, Eastside Traffic combines challenging tempo runs with camaraderie, embodying the resilient, grounded spirit of its suburban-urban environment.

Founded in 2016 by Donovan in Cerritos, California, Social Hour Run Club has grown into a vibrant community of around 250 runners who come together to share their passion for running and connection. Rooted in inclusivity, the club welcomes runners of all levels, fostering a supportive atmosphere where friendships flourish alongside fitness goals. Weekly gatherings include Tuesday track workouts led by dedicated captains, social midweek runs from Nillys Burger Shop, and scenic Saturday long runs starting at Bakers and Baristas, exploring Orange County’s diverse landscapes from coastal paths to lush parks. The crew actively participates in local races like the OC Marathon and the Color Run, enriching their shared experience. Situated in a culturally rich city near Southern California’s iconic beaches, Social Hour Run Club reflects the welcoming, dynamic spirit of the region, creating a home where every runner feels valued and connected.

The Claremont Trotters started in January 2019 in Claremont, California. Four friends wanted a group to run with, so they made one. Now, the Trotters welcome runners of all paces to join them on Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings. No one gets left behind. It’s a great way to take a break from daily stress and meet people while running around town.

Founded in 2016 by Shai, RVMRVNNXRS is a close-knit running crew based in Anaheim that brings a pirate-inspired spirit to the Disneyland running scene. With around 40 members, this unique group blends fitness challenges with Disney fandom, drawing inspiration from the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. Their name cleverly uses Roman numerals to symbolize the 5K and 10K distances required to join the crew, called the Rum Runners, emphasizing commitment and camaraderie. Runs take place primarily within Disneyland and Walt Disney World, where members don pirate gear and navigate iconic routes that merge athleticism with the park’s enchanting atmosphere. Beyond California, the crew travels to races in Florida, Mexico, and Ireland, nurturing a wider sense of adventure and connection. RVMRVNNXRS values inclusivity, respect, and fun, creating a welcoming community where diverse runners share their passion for fitness and friendship amidst the magic of Disney.
