PARKING: There should be plenty of parking within Greensfelder Park including near the Visitor’s Center, at Muckerman Shelter and at the gravel parking lot near the gravel road that heads to Round House.
Race registration and headquarters will be set up at the yellow gate at DeClue Trailhead. You will likely walk on the road to get from parking to registration, so please drive slowly when moving through the park, and pay attention to traffic as you walk near race headquarters.
PACKET PICK-UP: 50k and Marathon runners can begin picking up their packets at 6:15 a.m. at the trailhead, which is at the gravel parking lot near the gravel road that heads to Round House. 8-mile and 16-mile runners can begin picking up their packets at 7:15 a.m. at the trailhead.
Extra shirts/swag may be available if you registered after the deadline, just ask!
RACE START: The 50k distance and the Marathon will both begin at 7 a.m. The 8-mile and 16-mile races will begin at 8am. Race cut-off is 5pm. All runners must begin their last loop by 2:30pm.

16 Mile (33:45 pace) - 9 hours
8 Mile (1:07:30 pace) - 9 hours
COURSE: 50k, 8-mile and 16-mile runners will start at the yellow gate and head down toward Round House making a left onto DeClue Trail. Marathon runners will also start at the yellow gate but will make a quick right to do a 2.4-mile loop on Dogwood Trail before heading onto DeClue. Once on DeClue runners will enjoy rolling hills and technical trails with a manned and stocked aid station at the 3-mile mark (with snacks and Tailwind) and a water station at about 6.2 mile mark just across Scenic Road. At the bottom of a nice hill runners will turn left on Eagle Valley trail, which will bring you up a nice climb to the top, behind the Visitor’s Center and across the street to the yellow gate start/finish area. Whether you are doing the loop once or 4 times, we hope you all take time to pause and enjoy all that Greensfelder Park offers.
The course will be well marked with orange flags and signs/arrows to guide runners. You can also check out the orange DeClue Loop on the Trail Map found here: https://stlouiscountymo.gov/st-louis-county-departments/parks/places/greensfelder-park/
TAILWIND will be served at the start/finish area and at the 3-mile aid station, and water and grab and go snacks will be available on course. Pre-packaged food will be served at aid stations and start/finish.
DROP BAGS: We will have an area for drop bags near the start/finish for runners to access in between loops.
POST RACE: Stick around after the race for beer/NA beer and snacks and to cheer on the rest of the runners!
