July 4th, 2025, 7:15am 5K start time Florida Atlantic University (20th Street entrance-by Administration buildings east side of campus)

AccuChip Timing on measured 5K course, race t-shirt, finisher medals guaranteed to first 1,000 registered (we will post when capacity is reached).. Awards 5 year age groups 10 & under to 70+ 3 deep in 5 year age groups male/female.

Running through the palm tree lined campus of Florida Atlantic University the City of Boca Raton Firecracker 5K kicks off our annual Fabulous Fourth of July festivities.

PACKET PICKUP: Runner's Edge (3195 N. Federal Hwy, Boca Raton - 561-361-1950) from June 28th until July 3rd (at noon) during store hours. Monday - Friday 10-6, Saturday 10-5 or Sunday 11-4 or race morning at event 6:30-7:10am. T-shirt sizes are on a first come basis so packet pickup is suggested before the event..

Join our party and run in the setting summer sun on Thursday evening, July 17, at 7:00 p.m.! First 300 to register will receive a commemorative finisher medal and dri-fit shirt*! Beer (for those 21+) from Barrel of Monks Brewery at our post-race party.

Proceeds from the Racing with the J 5Ks benefit Levis JCC programs and services utilized by children and families in our community.

• Trophies will be awarded to the top three male and female winners in each age category

• Masters Award to fastest male and female runner over 40

• Top 3 male and female overall

• Finisher medals to all participants

Age categories:

10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+.

Race will take place, rain or shine. No rain date. Strollers are allowed. T-shirt sizing is not guaranteed.

The 13th Annual Every Boob Counts 5K Run/Walk promises to be a fun, spirited event. Run or walk on this certified course at South County Regional Park in Boca Raton in honor or memory of someone who has been impacted by breast cancer. Proceeds to benefit Sharsheret and other community outreach programs to increase breast cancer awareness, promote the importance of early detection and provide support and resources to those in our local community. Lots of race day festivities for the entire family to enjoy. Race t-shirts guaranteed to the first 800 registrants and finisher medals guaranteed to the first 800 registrants. Shirt sizes first come, first served and not guaranteed.
