Lindale Turkey Trot

TRA is a high energy, community event for all! We were founded in 2012 in order to help local children with autism afford critical medical treatment. Our event is fully sponsored so that 100% of proceeds can go to children enrolled at the Treatment and Learning Center for Children with Autism.

COURSE INFORMATION

Course details can be found online on our website, www.tylerrunforautism.com, and will be featured on our Facebook page for your convenience. Tyler Police, volunteers, directional signage, and other resources will be present on course for your safety. Expect mostly asphalt terrain.

ARRIVAL & PARKING INFORMATION

Please arrive with plenty of time before opening ceremonies, which start at 8am. There are both parking lot and street parking available on or near race location.

Light the Way 5K is more than a race. It is a movement to shine a light on mental wellness, suicide prevention, and community support. Together, we are fostering hope, awareness, and resiliency while making meaningful connections.

The Kids Dash event is not timed. The 5K event is timed.

The Black Diamond Half-Marathon is back for its SECOND EDITION!! Hoping to build on the momentum from 2025, we're excited to bring this event to East Texas for 2026! Participate in either our 5K, 10K, or Half-Marathon distances and earn your CUSTOM 5 INCH FINISHER MEDAL. place TOP FOUR in your age group to win an ADDITIONAL MEDAL! All of our events are open to runners and walkers alike! We do not enforce strict cut-off times to ensure you have ample opportunity to finish whichever distance you sign up for. We also offer chip-timed results for all distances 5K and longer.

Awards will also be given to our Male & Female Overall Winners, Male & Female Masters Winners (40+), and Male & Female Grand Masters Winners (60+)!

This race is GUN TIMED. Please ensure competitive runners should line up towards the front. Bibs should be visible on the front of your bodies.

AWARDS WILL BE DISTRIPUTED AT THE EVENT. WE WILL NOT SHIP AWARDS. PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK ON YOUR RESULTS PRIOR TO LEAVING THE EVENT.

Join us for the 6th Annual Tyler Remembrance Run, benefitting The Children's Park. We are so excited to have you run with us!

This beautiful, serene space is available to families needing a special place to grieve. Since 2004, this park has served the community and honored the lives of children gone too soon. As the mission of the Children's Park has evolved, this event seeks to give our community a way to remember those we have lost. Join us to support the Children's Park. Run in memory of a family member, friend, pet or someone you may not know. All proceeds will be given back, locally, to help those suffering from grief.

The route will take runners and walkers on a scenic route starting and ending at The Children's Park. The Kids' Dash will take place on Dobbs St.
