About The Race

The Eisenbahn Trail, built on a former railroad corridor, is a 25-mile trail extending from the historic city of West Bend into the scenic countryside of eastern Wisconsin past the glacial landscape of the Kettle Moraine State Forest. Eisenbahn is German for railroad.

The trail is surfaced with limestone screenings, however racers will start and finish the event on 1.25 miles of paved asphalt. This is an out and back race on a relatively flat course. Participants will begin and end the race near downtown West Bend, Wisconsin. The Start/Finish Line is located behind the River Shores/Cast Iron residential community at 705 Village Green Way, West Bend. Half marathoners will turn around in Kewaskum, 1/4 marathoners and 5K run/walk participants will turn around north of West Bend.

Food will be available at the start/finish line. Trophies will be presented following the race for the top Male and Female finishers (except for the 5Krun/walk participants). Medals will be presented for the top 3 individuals in each age division for all races. Finisher medals and t-shirts will be provided for all participants including 5K run/walk participants.

    The Cedarburg Junior Woman's Annual 5k Bosom Buddy Run/Walk is open to all levels of runners and walkers and is a non-profit event. This will be a timed race with bibs and medals. Shirts will be available to early registrations (until 3/31). Proceeds will be donated to local breast cancer support groups. The start and finish line will be located at the Centennial Park which is near the Cedarburg Community Pool.

    UPDATE:

    1. Please make plans to pick up your packet early on Friday at the Amish Guild II in Cedarburg on Friday from 3p - 6p if possible. We could have close to 300 runners.

    2. Please note that the course may change due to city guidelines. It is a 3.1 mile course that will start on Fair street heading south.

    3. The course is NOT a closed course. All of the streets will be OPEN for traffic, but will be directed by local officers and volunteers.

    4. DO NOT PARK ON EVERGREEN Please! We did get approval to park at the Cedarburg Community Pool although spots are limited. There is also ample side street parking off Evergreen.

    Chix4aCause: Your contributions will help provide financial and emotional support for people fighting cancer in Southeastern Wisconsin and surrounding areas.

    The Aurora Grafton Cancer Center: Your contributions benefit Aurora Grafton Cancer Center and its integrative medicine programs, ensuring every dollar stays local to support cancer care in Ozaukee County. Integrative medicine offerings, such as acupuncture and massage therapy, are entirely donor-funded and help alleviate treatment-related symptoms while empowering patients to actively participate in their care plan. By supporting these initiatives, you enhance the patient experience and improve access to vital services.

    Welcome to the Blazer Dash! This is a community event that includes a 5K Run and 2 Mile Walk. Also included is a fun 1/4 mile Kid's Dash for children (10 and under) that will begin after the 5K Run / 2 Mile Walk. Free childcare (pre-registration is encouraged) is available for parents during the run/walk (there is a maximum capacity for childcare). Sign up for the events above!

    The 5K Run, 2 Mile Walk, and Kid's Dash all receive a "dry fit" like moisture wicking athletic performance shirt! Register by April 19th to guarantee your shirt is available for pick up on race day!

    The Blazer Dash is a fundraiser for equipment for the children's outdoor play structure, inclduing shade umbrellas, for Bethlehem's Childcare.

    The 5K Run is $25, the 2 Mile Walk is $20, while the Kid's Dash is $15.

    Day of registration is also available for an additional $5 for the 5K Run or 2 Mile Walk, the Kid's Dash will remain $15, and childcare is still free.

    Kids (10 and under) who register for the 5K Run or 2 Mile walk may also participate in the Kid's Dash free of charge (and no need to register for the Kid's Dash).

    Chip timing services provided by Tim Kuehl, Head Cross Country Coach, at Kettle Moraine Luther High School.

    Soles for Jesus

    There will be a collection bin for new and gently used shoes supporting Soles for Jesus. These shoes will be donated to the people of Africa, who are in need while also helping to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Shoes are a basic luxury that we often take for granted everyday.     There will be a 5K run/walk that starts and ends at the Hartford Union High School followed by shorter races for children 10 and under. At the field there will also be "touch a truck" event, games, and other activities for kids of all ages. Lunch can also be purchased until noon. Logan ran/walked many laps at St. Kilian school (21.4 miles to be exact) and what better way to remember Logan than to run/walk for him.

    This is a great event to honor Logan and also raise money for Children's Wisconsin Love for Logan fund.

    Join us for the 4th annual Cedarburg Community Scholarship Fund Color Rush as we celebrate the beginning of summer and honor the hard work of our students and teachers. Last year we had record attendance with over 420 people participating.

    This family-friendly 1 mile run/walk around Centennial Park in Cedarburg will feature 4 color stations and a rush to color finish line. As this event is a fun run, we will not time the run...so take your time and enjoy the colorful run walk.

    • Time: 6:00pm Run Start

    • Registrations received by end of day May 7th will receive a free CCSF Color Rush T-Shirt
