Missouri's iconic point-to-point road race!!
USATF-Certified 25K race can be ran Solo or in Relay Teams of 3 participants.
To make the race distance accessible to all ages and capabilities, the relay legs are NOT evenly split. There is an 8 mile, a 2 mile and a 5 mile leg. Get a family team together, or a few friends with different capabilities, and create a team (all male, all female or mixed).
To register for the team event, you can either create a new team or join an existing team. In either case, on the first registration page, click YES on the option "Would you like to create or join a relay team".
If joining an existing team, the next page will ask you to select that team. Your Team Captain will give you the name of the team as well as the password needed to join.
If creating a new team, you will be the Team Captain. Select a team name and password and provide this information to the participants you are inviting to join.
Here is why this race is special:
The race direction is decided the day before the race by gauging the wind direction: from Sarcoxie to Carthage if wind is predominantly from the south or east, from Carthage to Sarcoxie if wind is predominantly from the west or the north. Meet and park at finish line from where we will provide transportation to the starting line.
Driving along with your runners or relay team and cheering them on along the way is allowed and encouraged.

To top male and female as well as to top relay team members (male, female and mixed).
Top age group awards as well as awards to top in Age-Graded Performance (AGP) ranking, creating a level-playing field for all participants, regardless of gender or age (for details, see https://www.runraceresults.com/AgeGrade.htm).
Finishers' awards to all participants.
Award ceremony at the finish line high school around 12:30pm.

Shirts guaranteed if signed up by Feb 8.
Drinks, snacks and port-a-potties available at both relay points.
Hot soup, drinks and snacks at the finish line.
Multiple aid/water stations along the route.
