The The Dizzy GOAT is an ultra event held on Saturday, June 27, 2026. It is located at 8901 S 154th St in Omaha, Nebraska.
The Lake Wehrspann 10K is part of the Lord of the Lakes series. All finishers in the 10K receive a Lord of the Lakes medal and the associated gemstone.
10K – A picturesque route on the paved trail around the Lake. It will test a runner’s mettle with its many turns and occasional hills.
2 Mile – A moderately hilly out-and-back course across the dam.
KIDS’ 1K – A relatively flat route along the trail for kids 12 & under.
10K & 2 Mile participants will receive a T-shirt with their registration. T-shirt is not guaranteed after 7/21/2026. No shirt for Kids' 1K. All participants will receive refreshments after the race.
The 10K starts at 7:30 am, the 2 mile at 7:35 am and the kids run at approximately 8:50 am after the last 10K runner finishes.

Go Girl Run 5K is a unique race for women and girls that will be held on Labor Day, Monday September 7, 2026 at 8 am at the
Peak Performance store, 78th and Cass. The run takes place on the Keystone Trail.
Our Mission: To encourage and motivate women and girls to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle through running. Girls who stay active are more likely to develop positive coping skills, increased self-worth and increased confidence.
Race Details:
Kids run goes first;
All participants who finish will receive a finishers medal;
Age group awards as well;
Pancake man is back. A pancake meal for participants is included in price. Tickets for a meal for family and friends on day of race for $7.00 each.

Age group awards go 3 deep in 5-year increments beginning with 19 and under, up to 70 years old.
We award 1st place in the overall and Masters (40 and over) categories.

All 5K and kids run participants who register by 8/24/26 will be guaranteed a t-shirt.

Start/Finish Location: MoPac trailhead parking lot on the corner of NE-50 & NE-31
Arrival: Be at the starting line 10 minutes before your start time.
Course
Both 10K & 5K courses are out and backs on the MoPac Trail.
The Half Marathon course will follow the MoPac Trail and cross the Platte River and continue through the North Lake neighborhood.
Aid Stations: approximately every 2 miles and will include water, Gatorade, snacks & band-aids
Time Limit: 4 Hours (12:00pm cutoff)
