PIONEERS Run Crew is a transformative and influential running community that has been reshaping the Boston running scene since its founding in April 2017. Established by Sidney Baptista, the crew was created to directly address the lack of diversity in the city's running culture by building a welcoming and inclusive hub in the Dorchester neighborhood.
