The Spring into Spirt 5K is a 5k, 3.2 miles, and running event held on Saturday, March 21, 2026. It is located at 2633 Black River St in Marion Township, Michigan.

The 2026 Yale Bologna Run will be timed by Eastside Racing Company.
6:30-7:30 a.m. Walk-Up Registration (t-shirt not guaranteed)
8:00 am- 1 mile fun run/walk
8:30 am- 5K run
1-Mile Fun Run/Walk Prizes: All early-registered participants (by July 22) will receive a T-shirt and finisher medal. Overall male and overall female winners will be awarded a prize.
5K Prizes: All early-registered participants (by July 22) will receive a medal and a T-shirt. Top male and female participant in each age group will be awarded a prize. All results will be posted on Facebook and the Yale Expositor.

1-mile: $25 plus sign up fee. PRICES INCREASE AFTER JULY 22.
5K: $40 plus sign up fee. PRICES INCREASE AFTER JULY 22.

Storm the Beach is a 5k run / 2 mile walk along the beautiful shores of Lake Huron in Harbor Beach, Michigan. This out and back race includes a short portion of the course run on the harbor break wall.
Age Groups: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ This race is chip timed.
Race day registration and packet pick up starts at 7 am and continues until 8:15 am. Race day registration is $30.
Timed town and country 5K course on pavement, gravel, and foot paths. Part of the course will be on a rail trail over the Cass River. We also offer a one-mile exercise walk on pavement that stays in town. Overall best female and male runners/walkers will receive a special award. 1st, 2nd, 3rd place runners/walkers in their age group will receive medals. Proceeds, after expenses, will benefit Our Lady Consolata Parish Food Pantry at St. Agatha's in Gagetown, MI. and Revive Ministries Food Pantry in Cass City, MI. This event is put on by the Central Thumb K of C # 8892 and use the facilities of Our Lady Consolata Parish in Cass City, MI.
