Open (Experienced Riders)

C / Novice Race (New & C-Level Racers)

• For riders new to track racing.

• Gear restriction: 50x15 or 90 gear inches max

• Focused on building skills, awareness, and confidence

C / Novice Field Support

Experienced riders will be in the field to provide guidance on positioning, pacing, and race flow.

Race Format

Omnium-style events (scratch, tempo, points, etc.). Event mix may vary week to week.

• Fields may be combined or adjusted based on registration.

• Race formats may vary slightly to match field size and create the best racing

General Notes

• Open gearing for Open categories unless otherwise specified

• All riders are expected to race safely and respectfully

Built-In Coaching for New Riders

We’re committed to developing new racers. The C/Novice field will include rolling coaches riding within the race to:

• Provide real-time guidance

• Help with positioning and tactics

• Ensure a safe, positive first race experience

This is one of the best ways to gain real race experience while learning from experienced riders.
