From Jan 26th until March 4th we will be conducting practice(s) at the Naples HS Track for our workouts on MONDAY AND WEDNESDAYS (See specific schedule below).
(This is SESSION 1 - Session 2 will begin after spring break on March 16),
Coach Moomaw, Coach Barone, Coach Loux, and Coach Lauren will be assisted by other members of the GCR Youth Team Staff. Our GCR Youth Team Elementary Coordinator is Lauren Osborne. Lower grades parents K-2 are expected to stay on site during the 1 hour practice. Must be able to tie shoes and be bathroom independent.
The Middle School workouts, led by Elevate Training and Coach Moomaw, will be specifically geared towards athletes preparing for either the 400/800, 800/1600, or 1600/3200 (If you aren't sure, we will figure it out!)
Coaches will also be available to offer specialized training in the jumps, sprints, relays, throws (including turbo javelin) and more!
Team jerseys are provided free for those signing up for the FIRST time in the 2025-26 school year (same uniform as XC for all others!)
