Seven Branches Gravel Ride

The Seven Branches Gravel Bike Ride is a gravel ride, not a race, beginning and ending in Pine Mountain, GA. Your choice of three distances, a short 14 mile, a medium +-20 or a longer +-40 mile route. All three will take you through scenic Harris, Meriweather and Troup Counties. The proceeds of the event will go towards a well to provide clean water for the Alurs people in the remote northwest corner of Uganda, Africa. The people in the village get their water from rain-water tanks. They have not had a clean water source in over 20 years.

For those interested in staying the weekend, FDR State Park offers both wonderful camping and cabins. There are also motels in Pine Mountain and Callaway Gardens has both cottages and rooms at their beautiful Lodge.
