All proceeds benefit Aaron's Fund, Inc, which supports local scholarships and charities in the Vineland area in honor of Aaron Ploch.

  • Awards in 5K to the top 3 M/F Overall and in Age Groups: 10U, 11-14, 15-19, and 10 year AG up to 70+

  • Walkers welcome, must be registered and stand behind 5K runners. Dogs welcome to walk their owners in the 1 Mile Event

  Who We Are: Healthy Kids Running Series is a five (5) week running program in the spring and fall for kids Pre-K through 8th grade. Each HKRS Series takes place once a week and offers age-appropriate...

  Who We Are: Healthy Kids Running Series is a five (5) week running program in the spring and fall for kids Pre-K through 8th grade. Each HKRS Series takes place once a week and offers age-appropriate running events including the 50 & 75 yard dashes, the 1/4 mile, the 1/2 mile and the 1 mile run. Kids will earn points for each race they complete based on their finish.

  Pricing: The registration fee covers the entire five (5) weeks of the Series which includes race bibs for each week, a runner shirt, a finisher medal and any sponsor giveaways. Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. Online Early Bird registration increases three weeks prior to the first race event.

  Challenger: This Series offers a Challenger Division which is an adaptive 75 yard race for children with disabilities and/or special needs. This allows for parents, siblings, and friends to be on the course with runners to provide support as well as bringing their own supportive devices such as crutches, braces, wheelchairs, etc. to be used by runners.

  Makeup Date Information: 5/31/2026

  Single Day Racing: Single day race registration opens one hour prior to the start of each race. The registration fee covers one single race to be run on the day of registration. ALL single day registrations should be completed onsite at the race location. Single day racers will have the option to upgrade to the full series (see tab on the left side of the page for instructions). There is a strict no-refund and no-transfer policy.

  Awards: All participants receive a medal on Week 5! Trophies will be awarded to the overall top finishers in each of the divisions listed below (broken out by boys and girls respectively):

  Celebrate the rich history of one of South Jersey's oldest towns as you run the quiet streets of Greenwich New Jersey. The route takes you through scenic farmland and past quaint historical buildings. The race starts and ends at the Gibbon House. Proceeds from the race help support the Cumberland County Historical Society.

  *After the race stick around for the awards and post race party. We will have a food truck on site. We also encourage you to visit some of the wonderful museums the town has to offer. This race will kick off the opening weekend of 2025. We will have giveaways and free tours.

  This year we added a 13.1 distance

  *Courses are flat and fast. Only 92 ft of elevation on the 10 miler and 123ft on the half!

  ***Courses are in the process of being certified.

  Awards: Top 3 male and female overall

  Age group awards (under 15, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49,50-59,60-69, 70+)

  The society has preserved 18th century buildings and has organized a walking tour that brings to life the unhurried atmosphere of Old Greenwich, site of New Jersey's Tea Party. Come visit the town that time forgot. See the Tea Burner's Monument (Market Ln. & Ye Greate St., Greenwich), 1730 Gibbon House Museum, Red Barn Museum, Swedish Log Granary, Maritime Museum, Prehistorical Museum and Lummis Genealogical and Research Library. Spend the day or an afternoon learning about the region and times gone by.

  After the race we will have a food truck on site. We also encourage to enjoy the numerous local museums.

  This is our second Running on Kindness 5K for Autism Awareness.

  Although the event is hosted at Pilla Middle School, all district schools and our community have come together to create this special event to spread awareness and promote acceptance.

  All proceeds will be returned to our community and benefit Pilla Project Unity (a club dedicated to creating social interactions among students of all abilities while giving back to the community), Educators 4 Autism (a local nonprofit organization), and Project Lifesaver (providing local children with GPS tracking devices).

  The entire race take place on the grounds of Pilla Middle School. The terrain is mostly paved surfaces but also includes grassy and dirt areas in the field behind the school. The course is jogging stroller friendly as long as it can handle the terrain mentioned above.

  Register for the 5K by 3/29 and run away with a race tee and finisher medal!

  Register for the 1-mile by 3/29 and receive a race tee!

  Awards will be given for the 5K to the top 3 Overall Male and Female Finishers as well as the top 3 Students (under 18 years old).

  Packet pick-up will take place on race morning starting at 8am.

  The race will be held rain or shine.

  The Vineland Youth Running Club (VYRC) is for children in the Greater Vineland Area ages 7-14 interested in recreational and competitive running.

  No experience is necessary, but like any sport, your child must be willing to listen, learn, and commit to putting in the work required to develop the proper skills. The mile is our chosen benchmark for progress and we believe that if a kid can get to the point of being able to run 1 mile consistently and comfortably, they can progress relatively quickly from there in both speed and endurance if they choose to. Starting with the very first day of club and every day after that, your child will run/walk at least a mile (excluding meets).

  Practices will be on Monday and Wednesday nights 5:30-6:30 pm, along with 5 meets in place of practice on Wednesday nights. Information on additional competitive events will be provided as we learn more.

  Spring: April 20-June 10 Fall: September 21-October 28
