  Join us for an informative clinic on how to improve your form to make you more efficient (and faster!) while reducing your chance of injury.

  Level 1:

  • Running Form Concepts

  • Deciding on Best Running Shoes for You

  • Running Drills, Stretching, & Form Analysis

  • Cross Training For Success

  Level 2:

  • Video analysis of your running form

  • Understanding the physiology of running

  • Creating effective training plans

  • Training with a heart rate monitor

  • Fueling for endurance, speed, and comfort

  • Proper hill technique for trail running

  • Strength drills specific for runners

  • Comfortable exercise clothes: sweat pants and sweater, rain gear

  “EVERGREEN ROTARY SPRING RUNOFF 5K”

  Saturday, April 25th 2026

  ABS Field on East Reserve Drive in Evergreen from 9am – noon (T-shirt and bib pick-up from 7:30am on race day)

  All proceeds support the Evergreen Schools, Children programs in Evergreen and a new bleachers for the ABS field!

  Are you ready to make a difference in our community? The Rotary Club of Evergreen supports and has supported the following children organizations and would love to do even more with your help! What have we done so far already:

  Built the ABS playground, supported the Boys and Girls Club, support our local food banks, supported kids in the Evergreen school district, Helped make the Evergreen Sidewalk project happen, supported Big Brothers Big Sisters, Deliver Fund and so much more!!

  This community event will be made possible with the generous support of our local businesses and individuals.

  Registration:

  Kids 10 and under FREE (no T-shirt included, however limited amount available for purchase at the event)

  Kids 11-17 $20 (T-shirt included)

  Adults 18 and over $30 (T-shirt included)

  Welcome to the 14th annual FTBT-Herron Half Marathon/10k/5k and Kids' Race! Please see the main webpage (Herron Half/10k/5k) for details, but here a few key points to know:

  PLEASE CARPOOL! We are limited in parking. We will have a team of people helping to make parking as efficient as possible, but we need your help by sharing rides.

  Official start times: 7:00 a.m. for the Half Marathon, 7:15 for the 10k and 7:30 for the 5k. There will be brief pre-race meetings 10 minutes before each start.

  These races are our largest annual fundraisers. We’ve kept registration fees low over the last 12 years to keep the events affordable. PLEASE CONSIDER DONATING TO SUPPORT OUR MISSION! The money raised from the races goes directly to building and maintaining trails in the 40+ mile FTBT system. In addition to event fees, our trails thrive largely in part to our dedicated sponsors. Please see the main webpage (Herron Half/10k/5k) for the list of this year's sponsors.
