The ERS Savannah Love Chocolate Race Weekend - THE YEAR OF EXTRA LOVE
This year we need share a little extra Love. We believe more racing is more better! So we have created an opportunity for a Marathon Experience in Savannah. As it stands at the release of this event, it is Savannah’s only Marathon. We are giving you 4 races to earn your CHOCOLATE - Our upgraded finish line food will be available Friday the 13th or Saturday the 14th for a Valentines Race Experience.
Friday Details:
Where: Howe 2 run - 10 Gateway Blvd S (same location as packet pickup)
When: Evening Run - 6:30pm start
Distance Options: 5k or 10k
Time limit: 1:30min
Saturday:
Where: Coastal Cathedral Church 275 Berwick Blvd
When: 7am start
Options: Half or Full (2 laps of half Course)
Time Limit: 5 hours
What’s included?
First Ever Love Chocolate Race shirt, Finisher medal, free photos, upgraded finish line food and for those who double dip, the Extra Love Mug
The courses:
Both courses are flat, out and back courses. Fully paved with side walks through out. The half and full runs through Southbridge. This neighborhood is beautiful with homes, lakes, and smooth curves that it make it engaging the whole way. The course is open and we are certifying it 90% on one side of the road making. There is low traffic levels and the Home Owners are gracious. We will include a Gatorade at water station 2 which runners will hit 4 times during the marathon and 2x during the half. Marathoners are also welcome to leave a special water bottle at the half way point to grab during there run. USATF Certified course. Racejoy Tracking will be available.
The 5k&10k starts from Howe 2 run and is fully paved path running around a residential area into a wood park path.
RACE CAP 400 both days - We expect both will sell out so don't wait to register. We have the best cancelation policy in the world so have no fear. Cancel anytime prior to the close of online registration, no questions asked. (2/9/26)

Are there age limits or time limits for the event?
1:30 Friday(8pm) and 5 hour max (12 noon)Sat, Young and old, fast or slow, everyone is welcome.

Are strollers allowed?
Strollers are allowed, it is an open course but nearly 100% paved and we are designing the half and full to stay on one side of the road to make it even safer.
