The Lime Rock Park Epic is a cycling, gran fondo, and gravel event held on Sunday, October 11, 2026. It is located at 60 White Hollow Rd in Lakeville, Connecticut.
The Sharon Sprint Triathlon offers a challenging course yet small town charm making this an ideal event for both the experienced triathlete and the first timer. We encourage team and youth particpation in our event. We look forward to seeing all of our returning participants and newbies alike!

Event details and schedule
We will be at the Sharon Town Beach at 6:30am the day of the event for packet pick up. We start the event at 8am sharp! Parking on the road is advisable. Those in the lot must stay parked until the event is finished. Awards: male/female overall; m/f age groups 1st-3rd; teams, m/f/mixed/youth.
