We're back!12 Hour Run to Celebrate the Spring Equinox in Joshua Tree, CA! The course is a winding 1 mile singletrack on 20 acres of private property in downtown Joshua Tree. Course record is 72 laps! Join us for a beautiful, low key day of desert running with friends.Location: 6233 Juniper Rd. Joshua Tree, CA 92252Start Time: 7AMExcited to include Adidas Terrex and Altra shoe demos at this year's event! Both brands will be on hand to demo their new lineups of trail shoes. Perfect opportunity to try some new shoes!Seasoned ultra runner or first timer, either way we got you! Our one mile course is challenging but beautiful. Expect an old school, low key, grassroots vibe. We’re here for a good time! Our aid station at the start finish will have a variety of offerings through the day starting with fresh fruit, salty snacks, and electrolytes and moving towards more real food, grill cheese, quesadillas, hot soup, etc as the day moves along. There is space for a chair and a cooler next to the course at the start finish. We can probably squeeze in some additional pop up tents as well if you are willing to share!Parking: On site, but tight. Please carpool if you can. Reach out if you plan on bringing a large vehicle, like a camper van, big truck, or ambulance (you know who you are) so we can make sure to have a space set aside for you.Limited to 50 runners. Awards for anyone who completes and Ultra (27 laps) and to our Top M and F overall!

Take on the Challenge! At the Palm Springs Tram Road Challenge, you'll climb almost 2,000 feet from the desert to the mountains in just 3.7 miles! You'll start at the intersection of Tram Way and Highway 111, with stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains in front of you and the Coachella Valley behind. Choose to run your way up or take it easy for a nice uphill walk. No matter how you get there, when you reach the finish line, you'll enjoy a post-race festival with food, drink, booths, entertainment and awards for the winners. All participants receive a stylish finisher medal, cool race t-shirt, tasty post-race food and drink, and a bus ride back down the hill!! Awards for the top three in each age group will be given out to those registered in the Awards Eligible category, but everyone will be professionally timed!
