At the beginning of October, we take you not far from the Mediterranean, for a UTMB-labeled race (yes, nothing less): the Nice CĂ´te d'Azur by UTMBÂŽ. The French Riviera awaits you with open arms đ¤ and offers you 4 events, qualifying for the UTMB World Series Finals. On the schedule of THE trail running event, a short trail of 22 km with 700 mD+, a long trail of 54 km with 2,100 mD+, and two ultra trails, an ultra of 107 km with 4,500 mD+, and to finish in style, one of 159 km with 8,200 mD+ đĽľ. Rest assured, for this last ultra-trail, you will have 48 hours to complete it, so prepare well and remember your headlamp đŚ. As night falls, it would be a shame not to see anything đŤŁ. As youâve gathered, itâs going to be quite a climb! đ

Tout Terrain Club launched in Nice during summer 2024 when founder Alex decided the local hills were better conquered together than alone. What started as a single 12k Monday loop with 500 metres of elevation has become a thriving trail running community that spans every experience level. From first-timers to ultra-distance runners, the crew gathers twice weekly at Port Lympia on Monday evenings and La Gare du Sud on Thursday nights. The philosophy is simple: trail running provides the format, but connection is everything. Their WhatsApp group crackles with energy, coordinating long runs and race strategies while nurturing the spontaneous camaraderie that keeps members returning to Nice's trails week after week.
