STRONGER TOGETHER FAMILY 5K- Miles of Support from the PNW to MINNESOTA

Join us for the Stronger Together Family 5K, a grassroots run rooted in love, compassion, and community. It’s non-partisan, simply about showing up for families, supporting one another, and moving together with care.

This is a family-friendly, proudly PNW run. Rain, cold, mud, snow… we’ll be there anyway! Expect race bibs, snacks, community energy, and lots of heart. There will be no timing chips, prizes, or podiums, this isn’t about competition. It’s about doing something for those who need us.

Whether you run, walk, stroll, cheer from the sidelines, or just come to support, everyone belongs. Additional donations are deeply appreciated, and 100% of net proceeds go directly to organizations supporting essential resources and emergency aid to families and children in Minnesota. Contributions help ensure timely, responsive support for the community in Minnesota.

Event Timeline:

Check-in: 8:30 am - 9:15 am (Please arrive prior to race start-time to complete registration and collect your bib)

Race Start: 9:30 am (Runners, walkers, followed by kids 1K)

Music & Vendors: 10:00 am -12:00 pm

    Bib Chip Timed

    Prizes for the top three male/female finishers in the 5Kand 10K races and refreshments following the race.

    Stay in town for the parade and festival following the race.

    -- Courses --

    The 10K and 5K races are USATF Certified courses along country roads that cross the Snoqualmie River. Race courses are VERY flat and fast, so be prepared for a personal best time. The races will be chip timed by Peak Performance Timing. Prizes will be awarded for the first three overall male and female finishers in the 5K and 10K races and there will be refreshments following the race.

    The Fall City Day 10K, 5K, and Kids 1K will start and finish in the heart of downtown Fall City, Washington, which is located about 25 miles east of Seattle via I-90 and 15 miles east of Redmond via Highway 202.

    The start/finish line is in front of the Farmhouse Market located at 33521 SE Redmond-Fall City Road, Fall City, WA 98024, near Olive Taylor Quigley Park, in downtown Fall City.

    No dogs please (service dogs will be allowed). Walkers and strollers are welcome, however, all participants must be finished by 10:30 AM when the course closes and reopens to vehicle traffic.

    -- Kids 1K --

    Please note this race is for young children, typically under 8 years of age. The race starts in front of the Farmhouse Market. They run down Redmond-Fall City Road, across the bridge, around the roundabout and back to the finish line at the Farmhouse Market. Its a quick 10 minute run. Parents do not register for the race. If you feel the need to, you may run along the outside of the course by your child. For safety we ask that parents do not run inside the course and please keep younger children toward the rear of the running group.

    -- Chip Timing --

    The 10K and 5K will be chip-timed by Peak Performance Timing. A disposable chip will be placed on the backside of your bib. Please be sure to wear your bib on your chest and be clearly visible. This will help ensure your tag will be read and allows us to keep track of registered participants. Also it will make it easier for the race photographer.

    -- Water Stations --

    Water stations will be located just prior to both the 5K and 10K turnarounds. Only water will be provided. Bananas and bagels will be provided at start/finish line.

    -- Parking --

    Free parking is available at Chief Kanim Middle School (32627 SE Redmond-Fall City Road, Fall City, Washington 98024) and at Fall City parks ( 4101 Fall City-Carnation Road Southeast, Fall City, WA 98024).

    -- Race Beneficiaries --

    All race proceeds to benefit the youth of the Snoqualmie Valley. Please help us support our youth.

    Early Registration Entry Fees available until May 29, 2026.

    5K $30.00 (Seniors 65+ $25.00)

    10K $35.00 (Seniors 65+ $30.00)

    Kids 1K $12.00

    Race Shirts: Shirts $15.00; Please be sure to preorder your shirts. Shirts will only be available for purchase until the end of the day on May 29, 2026. Please note: Women's cut sizes run small. Please order a size larger than you would normally order.

    Late Registration Entry Fee (May 30, 2026 - June 13, 2026):

    5K $40.00 (Seniors 65+ $35.00)

    10K $45.00 (Seniors 65+ $40.00)

    Kids 1K $15.00

    The online registration site will close at midnight on June 10th so that we can process registration packets. After that you can register in person the night before at Fall City Elementary School (5-8 PM) or the day of. In person registration the day of the race will close at 8:15 AM. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO COME AND REGISTER THE DAY OF. WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU IF THE REGISTRATION WINDOW HAS PASSED. Please note that T-Shirts will not be available unless you purchase them before the end of the day on May 29, 2026.

    Sales Tax Exemption: As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the Fall City Day Run fundraising event for local schools and community groups is exempt from collecting sales tax on its race entry fees.

    -- In-Person Registrations --

    Day Before Race (June 12, 2026) in-person registration will be available from 5 PM to 8 PM at Fall City Elementary School (33314 SE 42nd Street Fall City, Washington,98024). Please note that T-Shirts will not be available unless you purchase them during Early Registration.

    Day of Race (June 13, 2026) in-person registration will be available from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM at Olive Taylor Quigley Park, in downtown Fall City. 33512 SE Redmond-Fall City Road, Fall City, WA 98024. Please note that T-Shirts will not be available unless you purchase them during Early Registration.

    --- Bag Check --

    We apologize as we do not have a bag check station due to limited staffing. Please leave your valuables at home. Thank you.

    --- Awards --

    Prizes for the Top 3 male and female in 5K and 10K races. Overall awards are based on chip time. We kindly ask that you let the fast runners toe the start line or start near the front. Please note: awards are based on chip time, not gun time.

    Finishers Medals provided for the first 500 participants in 5K and 10K races combined. Finishers Medals provided for the first 100 participants in the Kids 1K race.

    You will be able to view live race results by visiting the results kiosks at the results tent at the race.

    There are finisher certificates linked to each result in RunSignUp. Participants can view and print their certificates at home or share them electronically from anywhere with email or social media.

    Race photos provided by Ross Ellingson Photography and can be viewed from the top of the RunSignUp page under the Photos tab. Please be sure to wear your bib on your chest and be clearly visible. This will help ensure your tag will be read and also to match it to your registration so you can locate your photos. You can type in your bib number and pull up all photos you were captured in. Feel free to download and share!

    The Iron Horse Half Marathon will take place on August 30th, 2026 and is a half marathon starting at Olallie State Park and finishing in North Bend. It is a beautiful course that winds along the river and through the woods. PLUS IT'S 90% DOWNHILL!
