Stride Along the Tide 5K

Held in Chelsea, Massachusetts, our 3rd annual road race invites participants to experience a scenic route that winds through the heart of the community, passing by cherished local landmarks. The Chelsea Road Race continues to serve as a meaningful platform to promote healthy living and empower community members to embrace running and movement as part of their everyday lives.

This year marks an exciting milestone as we proudly introduce, for the first time, wheelchair divisions for both female and male participants, further strengthening our commitment to accessibility, inclusivity, and equal opportunity in sport. The race celebrates Chelsea’s rich and diverse cultural heritage while offering more than just a test of physical endurance, it is a celebration of community, resilience, and unity.

Designed for individuals of varying abilities and experience levels, the course welcomes seasoned runners, casual joggers, and adaptive athletes alike. To recognize and reward early participation, the first 500 registered participants will receive an official race T-shirt as part of their race-day experience.

The Chelsea Road Race is proudly organized and managed by the City of Chelsea - Department of Recreation & Cultural Affairs. This program is funded in part by the Chelsea Community Fund and a grant from the Chelsea Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by Mass Cultural Council, a state agency. We look forward to your participation.

Come one come all and walk / run / ruck to raise money and awareness for PTSD. September is suicide awareness month. Veterans are at 72% higher risk of suicide than those who haven't served. We need to do our best to help all Veterans get the assistance they need!

Company 2 Heroes (C2H) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit service dog training program that works with Veterans to train their own dog or rescue. There is no charge for our program, it is our duty, honor and privilege to give back to those who have given so much.

Real heroes don't wear capes; they wear dog tags.

Join us for The Haven Project's 5K Run/Walk!

Lace up your sneakers and hit the trails at Lynn Woods Reservation on Saturday, September 12th to support housing-unstable youth ages 17–24.

Every step you take and every dollar raised will directly benefit The Haven Project’s programming—providing essential resources, housing support, and opportunities for young people in need. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking to make a difference, this event is the perfect chance to contribute to a brighter future for our community’s youth.

Run or walk—every mile matters.

After the race, enjoy our festival area with food trucks, local vendors, and family activities. It’s a family-friendly, dog-friendly event, so bring the whole crew!

About Clock to the Rock 5K:

Presented by the Greater Lynn Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Industrial Corp. of Lynn.

The Clock to the Rock 5K Run/Walk starts in Central Square, Lynn, winds along beautiful Lynn and Swampscott shore, and ends back in Central Square.

Registration (if you do not pre-register): 9:00 am | Race starts at 10:00 am.

Winners will receive prizes and recognition at the event!

Categories: M/F, Under 18, 19-30, 31-50, 51 to 69, & 70+.

Shirts are guaranteed for all racers who register BEFORE September 11th. Please be sure to select your correct shirt size during registration.

Join us Thanksgiving morning for Lynn's Turkey Trot 5K!

All proceeds from this race go directly to the All Lynn Track and Field scholarships program, which awards scholarships to graduating seniors from five Lynn high schools annually each spring.

T-shirts to the first 200 pre-registered entrants.

$35 per runner, $20 per runner ages 18 and under.
