Frolic your way through a 5K, 5 mile or kids run starting and finishing at Heritage Park in Olympia, WA.

The course is a flat and fast around the lake with an out and back portion. Families, strollers, walkers are welcome.

Registration:

5K or 5 Mile:

Early registration: $35 per person

Late registration 9/27/2026 through 10/3/2026: $40

Day-of registration: $45

Club Oly Members receive $5 off with club code at checkout.

Groups of 4 registering together: $10 off per person

Groups of 5 or more registering together: $13 off per person

Group registrations are not eligible for the member discount.

Kids Frolic 1K (12 and under only): Free

Register early to guarantee your swag and to avoid the price increase.

Packet pickup:

  • Saturday, 10/3/2026from 2 to 4 pm at Fleet Feet

  • Sunday, 10/4/2026 from 7:20 to 8:20 am at the packet pickup tent in Heritage Park.

Race Day Schedule of Events:

7:20 to 8:20 am: Packet pickup

8:45 am: Kids Frolic 1K

9:00 am: 5 mile race starts

9:05 am: 5K race starts

10:00 am: Awards for 5K race

10:15 am: Awards for 5 mile race

Awards for Top 3 overall men/women/non-binary 5K and 5 mile and top 3 in age group. Age groups are 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, then every 10 years.
