Kindly Note:

** Strict 2 hour 30 minute time limit for all events.

** Minimum Age Requirements: 10 years [4.5 km/ 5.6 km]; 13 Years [10 km/ 10.55 km] & 16 years [Half-Marathon/ 16.1 km (10-Miler)].

** Parents are welcome to accompany young children participating in the 1.5 km/ 2.5 km events (no charge).

** Participants can change event distances leading up to the event (including during registration on race day).

** Online entries close at 5.00 pm, Saturdays ... the day before each event.

** Bib numbers can be collected from 7.00 am until 7.40 am on race morning.

** Entries on the day are also available from 7.00 am.

Spaces are limited and available on a first in, first served basis.

What to Expect

Start with a guided warm-up focused on breathwork and mobility, before moving into a 20-minute immersive treadmill session where you can run, jog or walk at your own pace and effort, then finish with a guided cooldown.
