The ride takes place in Sandpoint, Idaho, the “Most Beautiful Small Town in the USA.” The 150 mile route is a grand loop around the Cabinet Mountains—a frontal range of the Rocky Mountains of Idaho and Montana—through gorgeous lake and river valleys, encompassing one upriver leg, two downriver legs and one huge lake! RIDE FOR READING!

Every student. Every day. When you register for the CHAFE150, you provide vital educational support in our region. "Every Student Graduates a Reader" is a Lake Pend Oreille School District initiative focused on ensuring all students develop strong literacy skills. Reading is the foundation for academic success, enabling students to excel in all subjects, think critically, and confidently navigate the world. By screening literacy skills annually, the program identifies students’ reading abilities early, allowing for personalized instruction and preventing future learning gaps. This initiative opens doors for students, preparing them for further education, careers, and active participation in society.
