Preview Run Schedule

🥾 First Wave – 6:00 AM

Distance: ~10K loop

Pace: Any

Perfect for early risers and those looking to log multiple loops.

The Race Director (or an assistant) will lead the first loop, then you're free to repeat it or explore on your own.

🏃 Second Wave – 9:00 AM

Both groups run the same ~10K loop but at different paces:

Group 1 (5:00–14:00 min/mile): Led by Peter Kozlowski

Group 2 (>14:00 min/mile): Led by Chris Cain from Pro Bike + Run (Robinson)

Note: This is a group run – no course markings. We’ll stick together and keep it social.

Come preview parts of the 2026 Hell Hath No Hurry course in a relaxed, no-pressure setting. Whether you're new to trail running or a returning HHNH veteran, this is a great way to scout the terrain, meet fellow runners, and get your feet dirty (literally).

Run historic 8th Avenue and join the post-race party with Golden Age Beer and Millie's Homemade Ice Cream in Homestead! Steel Valley Strides is proudly presented by First National Bank with Steel Valley Accelerator and GCXC Race Timing and Management.

With options for a flat, fast 5k (no, really this time!) or the untimed family 1 mile, this race has something for everyone. Stick around after for age group awards for the 5k and free ice cream for participants!

Please join us for TJHS Chick-Fil-A Leader Academy's 3rd Annual 5K on Corrigan Drive in South Park. The start of the race will be at the corner of Corrigan Dr. and 100 Acres. We will have a Chinese auction, 50/50 raffle and food to purchase at the Montour Pavilion (right off of 100 Acres). Anne's Army 5K is a fundraiser to raise money for a family whose mother is battling Stage 4 breast cancer. Please help this family battle their medical bills as Anne fights this serious illness.

Parking is available across Corrigan Drive at the Ice Skating Rink and there is a parking lot at the bottom of 100 Acres. The 5K will be timed by Miles of Smiles. We had over 200 registered runners/walkers last year! We'd love to have even more this year!

The Chasing Chad's Recovery 5K is a fundraiser to raise money for a family whose father was suddenly diagnosed with Guillain Barre Syndrome. He has been incapable of working since November. Please help this family battle their medical bills as Chad recovers from Guillain Barre Syndrome!
