Tuesday evenings at YellowSquare Florence, one hundred runners gather under the golden hour light to chase ten kilometers through historic streets, then stop for free beer and conversation. Runners Of Florence, founded in June 2022, built something deliberate: a community where the run matters less than who you run with. Three pace groups mean no one gets left behind. International students, local professionals, tourists passing through, they find their rhythm together, then linger over shared drinks that turn strangers into friends. The philosophy is simple. Connection comes first. The kilometers follow naturally.
