Hagerman Valley Chamber of Commerce's 36th Annual Fun Run & Walk event includes a half-marathon run, a 5.5 mile run, a 3.5 mile run and a 3.5 mile walk. If you are participating in a 3.5 mile event and your plan to hop, jog, skip or jump your way to the end of the of the finish line, please register for the 3.5 mile run.

Be sure to stay for the food, music and fun afterwards!

    Run, Run/walk, or walk only while raising funds to enhance the Magic Valley community!

    All races will finish at the Original Falls2Falls finish at Dierkes' Lake. Falls2Falls Half Marathon & 5k participants will start at River Christian Fellowship and be bused back to River Christian Fellowship following the race. All Falls2Falls 5.2 mile participants will PARK at Dierkes Lake and be bused to their start line at "Twin Falls" Falls. All buses will return to Dierkes Lake after the race to bus Falls2Falls Half Marathon and 5k participants back to River Christian Fellowship after the race. There will be NO busses transporting participants from Dierkes' Lake to the Half Marathon & 5k start at River Christian Fellowship. These participants need to park at River Christian Fellowship. (This change will allow for better parking. Please be aware of where you need to be for the start!)

    Parking for Half marathon & 5K is at River Christian Fellowship.

    • Half marathon participants will start at River Christian Fellowship and make their way to Shoshone Falls, then will turn around and head over to "Twin Falls" Falls and back to the finish line at the original Falls2Falls finish at Dierkes Lake.

    • The 5K participants will start at River Christian Fellowship and make their way to the finish at the Original Falls2Falls finish at Dierkes Lake. .

    All Half marathon & 5K participants will be bused back to the River Christian Fellowship after the race. You must finish no later than 12:30 pm.

    Parking for Falls2Falls 5.2 Mile event is at Dierkes Lake prior to the race start.

    • The 5.2 mile participants will be bussed from Dierkes Lake to the start line at "Twin Falls" Falls and make their way back to the finish line at the original Falls2Falls finish line at Dierkes Lake. The last bus for the walk division will leave Dierkes Lake at 7:50 am. The last bus for the run division will leave Dierke's Lake at 8:20 am. Please allow for extra time to get to Dierkes Lake as there will be Half Marathon Runners on the course.

    You must finish no later than 12:30 pm. Food and goodies will be provided at the finish line. The course routes are along paved asphalt with some hilly sections towards the waterfalls and the finish line. All finishers will receive a finisher’s medal. Those that register by March 31st will be guaranteed a shirt on the day of the event. The first 500 to pick up their bibs & packets will receive goody bags.

    Event cap is 500 participants. Register early for discount pricing, race swag bags, shirts & to secure your spot!

    This event is entirely put on by volunteers with the proceeds going towards local trail improvement projects in the Magic Valley!

    This is family-friendly 5K run/walk located in Buhl, Idaho. The race proceeds are used to support our local schools.

    This is a 5K run/walk color run.

    Start & Finish: Eastman Park (618 Poplar Street, Buhl, ID 83316)

    The route is moderately difficult, the loop is designed on pavement, with some rolling hills

    Color

    Color stations will be set up throughout the race. Additional color is available for purchase after the race. The color powder was purchased from Peacock Powder and is non-toxic and safe. Dusting off stations will be offered at Eastman Park at the end of the race.

    Price and Registration

    Registration price includes a timed run, an event t-shirt, and lots of colors.

    Early Bird Registration through May 12th - $25.00 or 4 for $80. (Must register together for the discounted group rate.)

    Regular Registration and same day registration - May 13th through May 23rd - $30 or $100 for 4. (Must register together for the discounted group rate.)

    Shirts

    All participants will receive a shirt, but shirt sizes are based on inventory on hand. Shirts are available in Youth S and Youth M and Adult Sizes - S through XL. Please select your preferred sizes when you check out.

    Don’t forget to bring:

    Sunglasses and handkerchiefs for protection of your eyes and face if desired.

    Towels or extra clothes for your car for the ride home.

    Fundraiser Proceeds

    The Buhl TRIBE color run is a fundraiser event. All event proceeds will go directly to TRIBE PTO to be used in support of Popplewell Elementary School. TRIBE is currently working on:

    • Supporting Student Engagement Activities

    • Supporting Teacher Appreciation

    • Supporting specific needs at the school

    TRIBE is a non-profit volunteer network of parents and community members working Together to Reinforce and Investing in Buhl Education.

    All races take place along the stunning Snake River Canyon Rim Trail in Twin Falls, Idaho, offering breathtaking views of the world-famous Perrine Bridge, the Evel Knievel Jump Site, and Shoshone Falls. Each race begins and ends at the iconic Shoshone Falls. Start times are 8:00 AM (Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K) and 8:30 AM (Kids 1 Mile). See the location map below.     The Buhl Fun Run, also known as the Sagebrush Days Run and Walk, will be held Independence Day, July 4 at 8 AM in Buhl. The race starts and ends at the Furniture Room parking lot located at 1104 Main Street. Registration begins at 7AM for the 10K run, 5K run and 5K walk. Awards are given to the top three males and females, the male and female in each age group and the overall winners.
