THE TEDDRIVEN TOUR De ALPENFLüSSE

Four Cascade River Valleys.

One Alpine Lake.

Three Unforgettable Rides.

Some rides follow the road. This one follows the rivers.

Tour de AlpenFlüsse — German for “Tour of the Alpine Rivers” — is a cycling journey through the waterways that shape the upper Wenatchee Valley. Starting in the Bavarian village of Plain, riders follow quiet mountain roads through a landscape defined by flowing rivers, towering forests, and spectacular Cascade scenery. Along the way cyclists experience the Wenatchee, White, Chiwawa, and Little Wenatchee river valleys as well as the stunning shoreline ride around Lake Wenatchee. Whether you choose the Classic, the Metric Century, or the full Century Challenge, every mile showcases the natural beauty that makes this region one of Washington’s hidden cycling gems.

Simply put... road riding at its best. Open roads, incredible scenery, stunning views, delicious treats along the way, riding with your besties and lots of new friends, full support and a party at the end. What could be better than that? Welcome to The TedDriven Tour de AlpenFlüsse - a great option for roadies as a part of the Leavenworth BikeFest celebration.

Designed for riders of all abilities looking for a tour of amazing adventure, stunning scenery and stellar support. The TDF offers three distance courses that can be your challenge, your group ride or simply your best day of riding ever. If you have multi riding disciplines in your group or family, everyone can choose the cycling experience that they love and you can all join together afterwards at the BikeFest Apre Bike Celebration to share your different experiences. How cool is that?

THE EXPERIENCE

The Tour de AlpenFlüsse celebrates the rivers that define this landscape. Each route is designed to showcase the natural beauty of the region while offering quiet roads and rewarding miles for cyclists of all abilities. Riders journey through a series of interconnected river valleys, each with its own character — from the wide Wenatchee River corridor to the forested climb up the White River valley, and deeper into the Cascades toward the Chiwawa and Little Wenatchee rivers. The routes are designed so riders can choose their own adventure, with each distance building upon the previous one and revealing more of the AlpenFlüsse landscape. Whether you're riding the Classic, the Metric Century, or the full Century Challenge, the day is defined by rivers, forests, mountain views, and some of the best cycling roads in Washington.

CHOOSE YOUR ADVENTURE

Three routes allow riders to experience the AlpenFlüsse landscape in different ways. 45 Mile Classic A beautiful introduction to the region featuring the Wenatchee River valley, the scenic White River corridor, and the breathtaking ride along Lake Wenatchee. 62 Mile Metric Century Expands the Classic route with additional distance through the Wenatchee Valley and a longer tour around Lake Wenatchee, while still enjoying the scenic White River valley. 100 Mile Century Challenge The ultimate AlpenFlüsse adventure — riding through all four Cascade river valleys with spectacular extensions along both the Chiwawa River and the Little Wenatchee River.

100 Mile Century Challenge

-The Ultimate AlpenFlüsse Experience

For riders ready to go all in, the 100-Mile Century Challenge delivers the complete Tour de AlpenFlüsse adventure. For riders ready to go all in, the 100-Mile Century Challenge delivers the complete Tour de AlpenFlüsse adventure — a full exploration of the Cascade river valleys that shape the upper Wenatchee region. The ride begins immediately along the beautiful Chiwawa Loop Road, where quiet farmland roads and early views of the Chiwawa River set the tone for the day. Soon riders turn up the spectacular Chiwawa River Road, following the rushing river deep into the Cascade foothills all the way to the end of the pavement. Towering forests, mountain views, and the constant presence of the river make this one of the most memorable stretches of the entire ride. Returning to the valley floor, the route then climbs into the peaceful White River valley, where a steady grade through dense forest offers riders a quiet and scenic passage into the mountains. From there the journey continues into the

beautiful Little Wenatchee River valley, where open meadows, flowing river views, and big Cascade backdrops provide another highlight of the ride. After these mountain valleys, the course reaches Lake Wenatchee, where riders enjoy the spectacular shoreline ride along the south shore before circling around to the north shore, with sweeping views across the lake and surrounding peaks. The final miles follow the scenic Wenatchee River Road near Plain, tracing the river back toward the finish line and completing a day that showcases the full AlpenFlüsse landscape. By the time riders return to Plain, they will have experienced 100 unforgettable miles through four Cascade river valleys and around one of Washington’s most beautiful alpine lakes. This is the complete Tour de AlpenFlüsse experience.

62 Mile Metric Century

-The Signature AlpenFlüsse Ride

The 62-Mile Metric Century captures the heart of the Tour de AlpenFlüsse experience, delivering a spectacular journey through the river valleys and mountain landscapes that define the upper Wenatchee region. Riders begin on the quiet roads of the Chiwawa Loop, where open farmland and early views of the Cascade foothills provide a beautiful start to the day. From there the route climbs into the peaceful White River valley, where a steady forested grade leads riders deeper into the Cascades. The shaded road, rushing river, and mountain backdrop make this stretch one of the most memorable sections of the entire ride. After descending from the White River valley, the course turns toward Lake Wenatchee, where cyclists enjoy one of the most scenic stretches of pavement in Washington. The ride follows both the south shore and north shore of the lake, offering sweeping views across the water toward Glacier Peak and the surrounding Cascade mountains. The final miles trace the beautiful Wenatchee

River corridor near Plain, where the road winds gently along the river before returning riders to the finish. By the time riders complete the loop, they will have experienced four spectacular highlights of the AlpenFlüsse landscape — the Wenatchee River valley, the White River valley, the shores of Lake Wenatchee, and the quiet backroads that connect them all. The Metric Century is the signature Tour de AlpenFlüsse ride, offering a perfect balance of challenge, scenery, and pure Northwest cycling joy.

45 Mile Classic

-The Perfect AlpenFlüsse Introduction

The 45-Mile Classic offers a beautiful introduction to the landscapes that define the Tour de AlpenFlüsse. Riders begin on the quiet country roads of the Chiwawa Loop, where open farmland, mountain views, and glimpses of the Chiwawa River provide a peaceful start to the day. From there the route turns toward Lake Wenatchee, where cyclists enjoy one of the most scenic stretches of pavement in Washington. The ride follows both the south shore and north shore of the lake, offering sweeping views across the water toward Glacier Peak and the surrounding Cascade peaks. After circling the lake, riders return toward Plain along the gentle curves of Wenatchee River Road, tracing the river as it winds through forests and open valley landscapes. The result is a spectacular loop featuring Cascade mountain scenery, quiet roads, and three of the region’s most beautiful waterways. For riders seeking a shorter distance while still experiencing the essence of the AlpenFlüsse landscape, the 45-Mile Classic

delivers an unforgettable day on the bike.
