1 Miles 3.1 Miles 5k Fun Run Run Walk

The Mayodan Lions Club will host “Strides for Diabetes Awareness, 5K and 1 mile fun run” to raise funds and awareness in our local community. The concept is simple, run or walk a 5K course and 100% of the proceeds from our fundraising will aid diabetes camp, low boxes, and donations to Rockingham County School nurses to assist diabetic students. This will give us a unique opportunity to discuss diabetes and the importance of improving our health through exercising and eating right, while also being able to bond as a community.

Detailed information regarding the event and registration can be found:

• Website at https://e-clubhouse.org/sites/mayodan

• Facebook Event by Mayodan Lions Club NC
