KAA 5K

The Night Owl 5K is a run/walk through Panola Mountain State Park, just outside of Atlanta, with all proceeds benefitting AWARE's mission of wildlife rehabilitation and education! We accept injured and orphaned native Georgia wildlife, like an owl hit by a car or a baby opossum that lost its mom. We heal their wounds if they're injured, raise them up if they're orphaned, always with the goal of returning them to the wild. On race day, non-releasable AWARE wildlife will be there to cheer you on from the sidelines and greet you at the start/finish. You'll get pictures with the animals, a t-shirt, a chance to win medals, and more. About half our participants walk, so it's suitable for runners/walkers of all ages and skill levels. The race start time will be 8:30am. On site registration will begin at 7:30am.

The cost before June 6th at 6:00PM is $25.00 per person. The day of the event will be $30.00 per person.

Family discount registering 3 or more is $20.00 per person before June 7th. The day of the event will be $30.00 per person.

You must preregister to guarantee a t-shirt by May 15th . 12 and under, no charge and no t-shirt.
