    DETAILS

    (SLIGHTLY) NEW COURSE FOR 2026!

Tour of High Bridge 2026 Course

Building on last year's course, thanks to some newly paved roads that weren't usable last year, we've added three turns and about 50 meters of finishing straight which eliminates last year's high-speed final turn. This should make the descent and finish more technical, but safer, and, in our opinion, a lot more fun!.

START TIMES: Racing begins at 12:00 pm. All races to follow.

    *Estimated start times: Novice Men – 12:00pm II Master 40+ – 12:30 pm II Cat ¾ -- 1:15 pm II Junior (9-18) – 2:00 pm II Women/Non-Binary (All Categories) -- 2:30 pm II Citizens/Family Fun Ride – 3:10 pm II The High Bridge Mile (Running) – 3:30 II Men Pro 1/2/3 – 4:00

THE HIGH BRIDGE “MILE” RUNNING RACE:

Cash prizes and medals will be awarded to the top three male and female finshers.

REGISTRATION: Number pick-up and day of race registration is at the trailer near the start/finish. Day of registration is an additional $10.00. Additional online fees apply. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged! $20 entry for additional categories after the first race and may be purchased on race day without the $10 surcharge.

PARKING: There will be three parking locations within walking distance of the course:

The High Bridge Commons: 40 79 Main St., High Bridge, NJ

High Bridge Elementary School: 40 Fairview Ave., High Bridge, NJ

Union Forge Park: 1 Washington Ave., High Bridge, NJ

NO PARKING AT START/FINISH OR INSIDE COURSE CLOSURE.

NOTES: Held under USA Cycling event permit. USA Cycling Criterium Race rules apply. Prize list can be reduced by race director if less than 20 racers in any given category. Women may enter any men's race for which they are eligible by age and category. (No Category 5 MEN Allowed in Masters 40+). Please abide by all USA Cycling rules and regulations. Prizes not claimed within one hour of the results posting will be forfeited. Lake Hopatcong “Tri”s Harder

Join us for the 3rd Annual Lake Hopatcong Sprint Triathlon Challenge, presented by Saint Clare’s Health! Whether you’re going solo or racing as a team, this event is all about pushing yourself, cheering each other on, and celebrating the strength of our community.

    Sprint Triathlon Distances:

    400m Swim

    12.5 Mile Bike

    3.1 Mile Run

    Your Registration Includes:

    A super-soft race shirt

    Custom finisher’s medal

Relay Option – Share the Fun:

Want to take on the triathlon with your crew? Relay teams of two or three athletes can divide the swim, bike, and run however they like. Maybe one teammate does the swim, another tackles the bike, and the last handles the run—or double up if someone’s feeling ambitious. Friends, family, coworkers—everyone’s welcome. All ages and team combos are encouraged! Just make sure to register as a group.

    Course Overview:

Start with a 400-meter open water swim at Crescent Cove Beach in Hopatcong. From there, hit the road for a beautiful AND challenging 12.5-mile bike course through the Northwood section of town and into Jefferson before looping back. Finish strong with a 3.1-mile out-and-back run along Lakeside Blvd to Maxim Glen and back—where a big finish line celebration awaits.

Support the Cause – Fundraising Perks:

We’re proud to support our local Lake area PBAs. Raise $150 or more and score a ridiculously comfy, ultra-fabulous race sweater courtesy of Live Run Give LLC. It’s our way of saying thanks for going the extra mile.

    About Lake Hopatcong:

Lake Hopatcong is the largest freshwater lake in New Jersey—a year-round destination for boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing, and more. With 45 miles of shoreline, you’ll find marinas, waterfront dining, public beaches, and a laid-back vibe just 40 miles from NYC. It’s the perfect spot for a race-cation or a quick escape.

The Coffee Potter is proud to present the 3rd annual Sirens and Sneakers 5K. Sirens and Sneakers will take place at Ort Farms in beautiful and historic Long Valley, New Jersey. Runners will be treated to beautiful views of the valley and mountains while touring an iconic piece of Long Valley history. Sirens and Sneakers aims to raise funds that will provide additional resources and training opportunities to volunteer first responders in Long Valley. This is to include the Long Valley First Aid Squad and Fire Departments.

    The Course and Terrain:

Runners should expect to be on mixed terrain due to Ort Farms being an active and working farm. Loose dirt, gravel, grass, and paved roads can all be expected and conditions can vary based on the farm conditions and weather. Sirens and Sneakers is a rain or shine event. Runners should consider the terrain and ensure that it is appropriate for their fitness and skill levels. The course will consist of two laps for a total distance of 5 kilometers. There will be two road crossings per lap. The road crossings will be assisted by the Washington Township Police Department.

Course Maps: Course map for the 5k can be found through the following link.

    Adult 5K

    Kids Race

Immediately following the 5K we will be hosting our 2nd annual kids race. There will be two different kids races so please choose the appropriate race for your child's age. Children ages 5 to 8 will be able to participate in a 300 yard dash. The 300 yard dash will be an out and back. Children ages 9 to 12 will be able to participate in a .60 mile run that will include sections of Orts farm fields and farm roads. There will be NO public road crossings for any of the kids races. All kids race finishers will receive a finishers medal for their participation. Please see the links below for the race courses.
