  If your club prefers to pay via invoice/bank transfer, please email [email protected] with the number of teams and grades you would like to enter. You will then be provided with a code to allow you to enter for 'free' once the payment has been received.

  Team members can be changed up until the entry closing date by logging into your Race Roster account.

  You can enter multiple teams at once. Once you have entered the information for the first team, click "ADD ANOTHER TEAM" at the bottom of the page to add another team.

  2026 Course Information

  • This year all events will start and finish in Halcombe

  • Course maps and leg distances will be shared by the end of June

  • Walkers can choose to enter the 6 leg or 4 leg course. If walkers decide to enter the 6 leg course you may be required to start earlier

  NZ Championship Events

  • To be eligible for the NZ Championship events, all team members must be registered competitive members of an Athletics NZ club on the day of the event.

  • All members must meet the age requirements for their event category

  • To enter the Social event you DO NOT need to be a member of a club
