Dundee Bootcamp: 4 Week Class

Join Kaylin Russeau Fitness for Bootcamp to accomplish your fitness goals!

Who: Our class welcomes all levels of fitness from the beginner to the advanced participant looking to improve their fitness & health by attending a class that is fun, community driven & challenging! Progressions and modifications are provided to make sure you are getting an awesome workout for your fitness level! You are in charge of how much you challenge yourself!

What: This Bootcamp class will be 4 weeks long in the beginning of March.

When: Monday and Thursdays

Mondays - 3/2, 3/9, 3/16, 3/23

Thursdays - 3/5, 3/12, 3/19, 3/26

Time: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Where: Middle School Cafeteria - Park behind middle school and enter through pool doors

Cost:

Monday and Thursday

$56 for 8 classes ($7.00 per class)

or

1 class per week: Monday or Thursday

$32 for 4 classes ($8.00 per class)

** If there is a Dundee Community Schools Snow Day and after school activities are cancelled, we will not be able to have class and we will establish a makeup day.
