About the Course:

Lapham Peak offers one of the most challenging courses in the Wisconsin Trail Assail Series. It’s not as tough as writing that check on April 15th—but it’s close! 😉 This hilly and technical course features:

• Rocky and sandy areas

• Dirt trails, tree roots, and washouts

• Plenty of hills to conquer

Despite the challenges, it’s a spectacular course that we’re sure you’ll love! And don’t worry—it’s still accessible for new trail runners, ruckers and walkers.

This is a low-impact, no-frills race focused on simplicity, sustainability, and respect for the land—fewer distractions, more connection to nature🌿.

The event is professionally managed and timed by Silver Circle Sports Events, LLC, ensuring a smooth, safe, and well-organized race experience while keeping the focus where it belongs: on the run and the environment⏱️.

Proceeds benefit Tall Pines Conservancy, helping protect and maintain the natural areas and farmland that make the Mid-Kettle Moraine special.

• Vets Day — a meaningful late-season race at the War Memorial that honors veterans and active-duty service members. 🇺🇸🎖️
