Preview Run Schedule

🥾 First Wave – 6:00 AM

Distance: ~10K loop

Pace: Any

Perfect for early risers and those looking to log multiple loops.

The Race Director (or an assistant) will lead the first loop, then you're free to repeat it or explore on your own.

🏃 Second Wave – 9:00 AM

Both groups run the same ~10K loop but at different paces:

Group 1 (5:00–14:00 min/mile): Led by Peter Kozlowski

Group 2 (>14:00 min/mile): Led by Chris Cain from Pro Bike + Run (Robinson)

Note: This is a group run – no course markings. We’ll stick together and keep it social.

Come preview parts of the 2026 Hell Hath No Hurry course in a relaxed, no-pressure setting. Whether you're new to trail running or a returning HHNH veteran, this is a great way to scout the terrain, meet fellow runners, and get your feet dirty (literally).

The Joggin’ for Frogmen 5k is a fun, family-friendly event with the wholehearted purpose of raising needed funds to honor the sacrifices of our Naval Special Warfare service members and veterans, and to support the families of our fallen heroes through the incredible work of the Travis Manion Foundation.

The Dragon Run is BACK!

Join us for a 5K or 1-mile kids' race at Schenley Oval on Sunday, May 24th, @ 9 am to support the Dice XC Team.

Early bird pricing for the 5K - $25 until May 3rd.

After May 3rd, it is $30 per person. After May 3rd, there will be no guaranteed t-shirts with registration.1-mile kids race (ages 11 and younger). Starting after the 5K. $15 early-bird pricing and $20 after May 3rd.

Online registration is until 11:59 PM on Wednesday, May 20th. After that, you can register on race day from 7:30 am-8:30 am (May 24th). These late registrations do not include a t-shirt.

Packet pick-up at Gingerbread Man Running Company (822 S Aiken Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15232) Saturday, May 23rd from 11 am- 3 pm.

Day-of packet pick-up will be from 7:30 am to 8:45 am at the Oval.

QMNTY 5K Safe Race—a community-centered run/walk designed to celebrate movement, joy, and collective care while raising critical support for the young people we serve. The Safe Race is more than a 5K; it’s a visible commitment to creating a region where every young person and community member has access to affirming shelter, resources, and community connection.

The race takes place on the Three Rivers Heritage Trail. Starting and ending at Milvale Riverfront Park. It is an out and back race with a turn around point near Heinz Street.
