Supporting the Tierra Libre BIPOC Athlete Fund

All proceeds from the event will support the Tierra Libre BIPOC Athlete Fund, an initiative from Tierra Libre Run dedicated to building belonging in trail running.

Belonging is the goal. Tierra Libre Run is created and led by people of color who believe the trail community deserves more than access—it deserves power, joy, and a real home in trail running.

This fund helps athletes through:

Race entry coverage

Mentorship and guidance

Connection to a supportive community

The program begins with a thoughtful application so organizers can understand each athlete’s goals and how best to support them. The vision goes beyond a single race—toward a platform where people can learn, ask questions, build relationships, and truly belong.

You do not need to already be a trail runner to be part of this community. If you’re curious about the trails, Tierra Libre is ready to welcome you.

Come for the film, stay for the community, and help expand access and belonging in trail running.
