ISLANDMAN TRIATHLON

Looking for something different to do on a Sunday Morning? How about a 5k and FREE BEER? Come out and join us for the Get The Slack Out 5k. This race takes place at Dennisville Recreational Park followed by a post race party at Slack Tide Brewing. The race is on paved trails in the park. The brewery is located less then 4 miles from the park.

We will have a food truck from Sea Breeze Pizza at the brewery for you to enjoy!

After Party Information:

This year’s family friendly after party will be held at Paddy’s Green, 39th & Landis, Sea Isle City. The party will include a complimentary buffet for all runners/walkers and the release of VonC Brewing Co’s special Peyton’s Promise pilsner. All sale proceeds from the Peyton’s Promise pilsner will be donated to the foundation.

We are celebrating 20 years of being the largest youth triathlon in the Mid Atlantic Region. An extremely safe course where the focus is on fun, fitness, finishing a unique challenge, and racing for charity. Participants will be chip timed with 5 splits, receive an athlete's bag, race bib, swim cap, Tultex comfy shirt, and finisher's medal. Awards to top 5 in each Age Group: 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-15. Awards and post race celebration inside Community

Hall at 10:30am. Enjoy Sundae Best water ice on the beach, and NEMOS Pizza, Kohlers Bakery donuts prior to the awards ceremony.
