We're taking you to Minorca for the Trail Menorca Camí de Cavalls, mi amigo ! This epic race will take place in May on one of the Balearic Islands in Spain.The Trail Menorca Camí de Cavalls is an event over 15 years old that combines the spirit of sportsmanship, adventure, and celebration! A favorite rendezvous for fans of trail running and nature 🌿, it offers several distances: an 11 km and 27 km, as well as 44 km, 58 km, 85 km, 100 km, and the legendary 185 km tour of the island (to be done solo or in relay), which has been a qualifying race for the UTMB Mont Blanc since 2010 🏔️. All these races are part of the UTMB® World Series 😮. However, the trail itself is much older. During Arab and British invasions, riders and soldiers used this renowned path to defend their land! 🪖 Today, runners joke about retracing these steps, but without the horses 🐎 to cover those 185 km! 🥴 Isn't that an epic race? 🤩
