Eastside Traffic started in August 2022 when founder Eddie moved back to the Eastside of Los Angeles and discovered a local plaza with a track. When city traffic made reaching old running spots impossible, he built something new right where he was. The crew exists to make running accessible, build real community, and instill confidence, welcoming everyone regardless of pace or background. Rooted in Eastside LA culture, Eastside Traffic is grounded and tight-knit, with members who show up for each other physically, mentally, and unapologetically. Every Tuesday at 6:30 AM, the crew gathers at Liberty Community Plaza for Traffic Jams, a tempo track session that gets runners moving before the city wakes up.

Social Hour Run Club was born in October 2016 when Donovan launched a simple idea in Cerritos, California: running is better when you do it together. Nearly a decade later, that belief guides everything the crew does. With around 250 runners of all paces and backgrounds gathering week after week across Orange County, Social Hour Run Club has become known for its warm vibe and inclusive ethos. The captains know your name, nobody gets left behind on the route, and the social element is never an afterthought. Three signature runs define the week: Tuesday track workouts at Cypress College, Wednesday evenings gathering at Nillys Burger Shop, and Saturday long runs launching from Bakers and Baristas. Each session carries its own energy, united by a shared belief that the connections made along the way matter as much as the miles.
