Pacers and crew are welcome at any time. There are numerous restrooms and water fountains along the course.

Course map: The course is super easy to follow. It will consist of out and back loops on the beach path that will be marked.

• Aid station is at the turn around at the start/finish has water cups, water bottles, Gatorade cups, Gu gels.

• 15k 3 x 5k loops

• Half marathon 3 x 4.36 mi loop - will go south first with the 5k, 10k, 15k, and go north back to start/finish/aid station and continue north to turn around marked by cones, chalk, and sign https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/6614358708/

Running/walking with a stroller is allowed. 3:15 time limit for the half marathon. If more time is needed, please email us at [email protected] for early start.

ALL finishers get a medal. All results will be posted after the event on our website usually the evening of the event on www.abetterworldrunning.com
