Dont Metz With Us is a women-only running club founded in October 2024 in Metz, France, by Laura Bannier. Starting as informal runs among friends, it has grown to over 40 members who embrace inclusivity and empowerment in a supportive, judgment-free environment. This crew welcomes women of all abilities and organizes regular social runs of up to 15 kilometers at an easy pace, often followed by “Run & Coffee” meetups at a local women-owned café. Rooted in Metz’s vibrant running scene, the club offers routes along scenic landmarks like the Moselle River and Metz Cathedral, blending fitness with cultural connection. By fostering genuine friendships and community spirit, Dont Metz With Us transforms running into a shared journey of strength and confidence, reflecting the city’s blend of historic charm and dynamic urban life. Open to all women, the crew encourages participation through free regular runs and active involvement in local races, enriching Metz’s athletic culture with a distinct, inclusive voice.
