What started as training together evolved into a movement rejecting formality and embracing freedom, pirate-style. Built on friendship and mutual push, The Crew Anzio has grown from a tight circle into a thriving community within Anzio's 60,000 residents, welcoming anyone who wants to run differently along the Tyrrhenian coast. Every Thursday at 7am, they gather at Barrio for a medium-distance social run, proving that the best mornings start with good company and coastal miles.

Cani Sciolti Running Team was born in Rome in 2016 when four friends from different running teams decided to forge their own path. The name says it all: Unleashed Dogs, a philosophy centered on freedom and shared passion without hierarchy or rigid constraints. Today, the crew has grown to over 50 members, welcoming everyone from seasoned marathoners to curious beginners into a tight-knit community where the atmosphere is warm and the fun is non-negotiable. They gather twice weekly at Stadio Nando Martellini on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6pm, moving together through Rome with people who genuinely love every step.

Souplesse was born in Rome in December 2021 when six friends decided running should feel effortless, social, and ego-free. What started as a simple belief has grown into a crew of around 50 runners united by a philosophy of joy, equality, and the quiet power of moving together. The Eternal City became their starting line, and now Souplesse runs Rome's most iconic terrain, from the Colosseum to the Tiber's banks and cobblestoned piazzas. Their motto is simple: run at a natural pace, showing no signs of effort. Post-run drinks, food, and laughter are as essential to the experience as the kilometres themselves.
