How to Register Your Team

Ready to run? Here’s how to get your team set up and registered!

#1 – Team Captain Registration

1. Select your sub-event (e.g., 260 km Relay / 9-Person / 6-Person Team).

2. Choose “Create a Team” when prompted.

3. Enter your team name (keep it fun or represent your club!).

4. Complete your own registration and payment — this secures your spot.

5. Share your team name with your teammates so they can join under the same name.

#2 – Team Member Registration

1. Click “Join a Team” on the registration page.

2. Select your team name from the dropdown or search box.

3. Register under the same sub-event as your team.

4. Pay your individual entry fee (pricing is per team member).

Notes & Tips

• Each runner must complete their own registration and waiver.

• Team captains can log into their RaceRoster account anytime to view or manage teammates.

• Changes to rosters or distances can be made until the posted registration deadline.
